A new year means the online marketing community gets into gear for an array of awards ceremonies. Following the fifth annual Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Awards which were presented on 11 January, last week saw the launch of The North American Affiliate Marketing Awards. The ceremony will take place in the evening of the 12 April in San Francisco, which is the second night of Ad:tech San Francisco.

I have always felt there is a need for a dedicated affiliate marketing awards ceremony in North America and hope this is a runaway success.
