Azam Marketing Welcomes Yagmur Guven, Our New Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are delighted to introduce our newest staff member, the lovely and super-talented Yagmur Guven!

Yagmur came onboard in January 2009 as our new Strategic Partnerships Manager, and will be looking after all aspects of Azam Marketing business development, from finding clients to looking at new opportunities for our existing partners.

Prior to joining us, Yagmur held a number of high profile positions within the UK marketing industry, and has nine years’ online experience with companies including Zanox and the Vegas Affiliates network. Most recently Yagmur was Publisher Account Director at Commission Junction, where she built strong relationships with premium publishers and advertisers alike.

In true Azam Marketing tradition, we asked Yagmur to reveal a bit more about herself and here’s what she had to say:

Describe yourself in 3 words: Loyal, straightforward and inquisitive

Favourite Book: ‘The Four Agreements’ by Don Miguel Ruiz

Favourite Film: Midnight Express…no, no, that’s a joke!  My top movie is Twin Warriors by Jet Li – actually all Jet Li movies are my favourites!

Hobbies and Interests:  I am a keen internal martial artist, and also a great believer in qigong, acupuncture, and holistic chinese medicine as well as practising Taichi in various styles

Proudest Achievement: Moving to London from my home town of Istanbul, and living here for over 15 years having achieved so much from scratch
